In *Siena Jardín*, the surface unfolds through an absolute confrontation of temperatures: the radiant warmth of amber and burnt sienna against the glacial weight of a slate blue ground descending in vertical drippings and dense veils. There is neither an obvious ground nor a recognizable sky; the pictorial space functions as a liquid atmosphere, a cross-section where the flora seems suspended or rising like botanical embers.

Toward the bottom of the canvas, the floral matter gathers into a compact accumulation. Each flower is resolved through dark, fluid edges that hold luminous gradations, shifting from pale gold to burnt carmine, almost like droplets of fossilized resin capturing their own internal light.
