General terms of quotation
Availability and reservation
Availability of the works is subject to confirmation with the gallery. The works are subject to prior sale. A reservation is made through a deposit, whose amount, term and conditions must be agreed by both parties and set out in writing.
Validity and prices
This quotation is valid for 10 calendar days from its issue date. Prices and availability may change without notice until the reservation or purchase is formalized; from that moment on, the agreed conditions will be honored.
Taxes and additional costs
Unless expressly stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, special packing, transport, insurance or export costs.
Payment and delivery
Payment and delivery will follow the conditions previously agreed between the buyer and Galería Valanti.
Authenticity and documentation
Galería Valanti will provide the corresponding documentation and, where applicable, the certificate of authenticity.
