Curatorial analysis

The space curves as though the room were caught inside a fisheye lens or a centrifugal reverie. Alternating stripes of vivid yellow and vermilion red sweep across the floor and ceiling, thrusting the walls toward a distorted vanishing point where gravity forfeits all weight. Amid this domestic vortex, a checkered grid in greens and purples attempts to hold a geometric center, crowned by a dark ring that acts as an optical anchor.

Flanking this axis, objects and creatures defy the laws of physics with playful ease. A baroque chest of drawers in dark wood arches elastically to the left, escorted by an orange cat at its base and the piercing gaze of a white feline in the upper corner. Opposite it, a calla lily with white petals and a sinuous stem thrusts forward beside an overturned jug, while a third cat, steeped in nocturnal blues, watches from atop a leaning column. At the threshold in the background, framed by doors opening onto a cropped staircase, another cat creeps downward toward the viewer.

The acrylic functions here through flat, crisp planes where black outlines define each element with graphic precision. There is no natural light source to shape soft shadows; luminosity springs directly from the strident clash of warm, complementary tones vibrating across the large canvas. This chromatic intensity transforms an intimate domestic scene into an oneiric stage, a realm where feline presences and flora do not merely inhabit the architecture, but reinvent it at will. The room ceases to be a static shelter and becomes a living organism in full expansion.
